Hi, I'm Mika and I'm so excited you decided to visit my website! I'm a Florida resident for now, and absolutely love life with my husband and our rambunctious dogs. We love to hike, and dance to Bachata in the kitchen. I'm never not taking photos and I love using photography to give myself a fresh perspective.

I love portraiture and landscape photography especially because they capture the beauty of the world around us, as well as the people in it. I'm experienced in taking many different types of photography and am always interested in trying something new and different; but for the sake of my business, I focus on portraits, event photos, real estate imagery, and unique landscapes.

I founded Portraits & Porches in an effort to provide affordable photography options that celebrate life. I'm passionate about working with my clients to meet them where they're at, making sure their lives are witnessed and remembered.
